Developing professional footballers

Training Stages

Basic Training

At this stage of age it’s all about the development of general skills. Players will be taught to master running, jumping, throwing, balance, and basic elementary motor skills.

Specific Training

Players within this age group will be picking up on the mastery of four basic football techniques: passing, receiving, controlling, and shooting. They will also be introduced to competitive phases.

Specialisation

As the players start to develop a broader understanding of the game and master the basic skills and techniques, they will then be trained based on positions and learning the functions of it within the game.

Development Program

This is where players will gain insight, knowledge and skill sets through a structured program in assisting them to develop to the best of their potential. Players are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones through various opportunities to grow.

Elite Program

Technical and tactical skills will be used to develop every individual player in accordance to their stage of development and growth. Players will be pushed and taught to be the best learners by honing their skill sets and challenging them both as individuals and as a team. Players are encouraged to take ownership of their personal development and learn to have a competitive mindset.
